The DuBose family was est. on March 26th, 2004 when Chris and Abby exchanged their wedding vows and pledge themselves to God and to each other. For the venue, Chris and Abby chose the Elms Mission Station in Tauranga, New Zealand because it had a deep meaning to both of them and what they wanted to to with their lives. one-hundred-and-fifty years prior to their wedding at the Elms, a humble group of English missionaries set foot on that very soil and began to proclaim a message of eternal hope to the natives of New Zealand. It is the message of Jesus the Son of God, that Chris and Abby, even at their very beginnings, built upon as the very foundation of their lives.
Together, Chris and Abby have two beautiful children. Charis, our daughter is four-years-old. Ethan our son is two-years-old. We also have a three-year-old border collie named Rusty. The DuBose family currently resides in Tauranga, New Zealand. In January of 2009 the DuBose family will be moving to Mataura, New Zealand (the very South of the South Island:http://www.zoomin.co.nz/?search/address/mataura) where Chris and Abby will be working with the Mataura Christian Church.
